Pahoua has been in the title industry for over 6 years. She works with all types of transactions, seller, buyer, contract for deed, redemption properties, etc. She enjoys every single one of them, whether it’s the customers first or 10th home they are buying or selling.
“What I enjoy the most about this field is witnessing customers become home owners and also witnessing the changes in their lives. As their families grow, they buy larger homes or as they get older, they downsize. I enjoy the change and working through every challenge: Closings are never the same.”
