Bio
Cindy is the president and owner of TitleSmart, Inc., where she leads a talented and growing team to deliver the best closing experiences to clients across the Twin Cities metro area. Cindy’s constant pursuit of new ways to wow customers has earned her several awards, including being named one of the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal’s Women in Business Honorees in 2015 and a 2015 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award Winner in the Upper Midwest in the Insurance Services Category.
Cindy is a licensed title producer in Minnesota and Wisconsin, an active member of Title Action Network (TAN), the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the Minnesota Land Title Association (MLTA). Cindy recently served for 6 years on the Executive Committee on the board of directors for Spare Key, a nonprofit with a mission to provide assistance to families in crisis with critically ill or seriously inured family members through housing grant payment assistance, engages resource referral and advocacy.
In addition to her work at TitleSmart, Cindy is also the author of the book Obsess to Success as well as two children’s books.
