TITLESMART OPENED ITS DOORS IN MAPLEWOOD WITH A SATELLITE OFFICE IN EDINA

After more than 21 years of working in the title industry as employees of other title companies, Cindy Koebele decided it was time to start her own company. She had the knowledge, experience, and a loyal client base. Opening TitleSmart, Inc. was the best decision she ever made!

TITLESMART OPENED ITS INITIAL WHITE BEAR LAKE CLOSING OFFICE

TITLESMART OPENED ITS EDINA EXECUTIVE CLOSING CENTER AND CONTINUES TO GROW

Four years after opening the doors, TitleSmart continues to grow from five staff members in 2008 to 18 by 2012 and opened its executive closing center in Edina.

TITLESMART OPENED TWO NEW OFFICES

Woodbury and Apple Valley became the two newest TitleSmart locations.

2015 was the year of accolades at TitleSmart! Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal named Cindy Koebele one of the Women in Business winners, and TitleSmart was named as one of the Business Journal’s Best Places to Work. TitleSmart was also a finalist in the Small Business Success Story by Twin Cities Business and was ranked #1786 in Inc. 5000, moving up more than 1,000 spots from the its 2014 ranking. TitleSmart was ranked #11 on the Business Journal’s Fast 50 list and was a top six finalist for the Upsize Business Builder Award. In addition, Cindy Koebele was named the 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year by EY in the Insurance Services category.

TITLESMART OPENED TWO MORE LOCATIONS

The Maple Grove and Forest Lake offices opened.

TitleSmart was also named on the 2016 Fast 50 Honorees by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal for the second time as one of the Twin Cities fastest-growing private companies. TITLESMART OPENED ITS NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS IN WHITE BEAR LAKE

After 10 years, TitleSmart moved its Corporate Headquarters from Maplewood to White Bear Lake as the company and business continued to grow.

TITLESMART CELEBRATED ITS 10TH ANNIVERSARY

TitleSmart celebrated 10 years of the little things with a grand opening at the new Corporate Headquarters.

NEW LOCATION

On March 18th TitleSmart opened its Faribault location. TitleSmart moved its Edina Closing Center to its new location at 3601 Minnesota Drive.

NEW LOCATIONS

TitleSmart opened its new Blaine location on April 15th, 2019. TitleSmart moved its Apple Valley office to its new location in December 2019.

COVID-19

TitleSmart innovated during the unprecedented times of COVID-19 allowing all of its offices to stay open securing the jobs of the staff and hiring additional staff throughout the year.

MOURNED THE LOSS OF OUR BELOVED ELIZABETH VANEYLL

TitleSmart mourned the loss of our beloved Elizabeth VanEyll (Closer) to Metastatic Breast Cancer and raised over 50K for METAvivor, SpareKey, and Solid Ground together with Elizabeth's friends, family, and loved ones.
