Annette brings more than 27 years of title experience to her role at TitleSmart. She started her career as an in-house real estate closer in a real estate office and moved to the title side of the industry in 1993. She is experienced in new construction, REO, residential mortgage, contracts for deeds, and commercial transactions. Annette has the knowledge and experience needed to successfully close any real estate transaction, making her an invaluable asset to TitleSmart and our clients.
