Bio
Cindy is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of TitleSmart, Inc., where she leads a talented and growing team to deliver the best closing experiences to clients across the Twin Cities metro area. Cindy’s constant pursuit of new ways to wow customers has earned her several awards, including being named one of the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal’s Women in Business Honorees in 2015 and a 2015 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award Winner in the Upper Midwest Insurance Services Category.
Cindy is a licensed title producer in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and an active member of Title Action Network (TAN).
Cindy recently served for over six years on the Executive Committee on the board of directors for Spare Key, a nonprofit with a mission to provide assistance to families in crisis with critically ill or seriously injured family members through housing grant payment assistance, resource referral and advocacy.
In addition to her work at TitleSmart, Cindy is also the author of Obsess to Success and two children’s books.
In 2021, Cindy decided to explore mixing passion with business and purchased Hay Creek Ranch in Nemo South, Dakota. Hay Creek Ranch is a horse camp open each year from Memorial Day week through September 30th that invites horse enthusiasts to camp with their horses in the beautiful Black Hills and ride in the National Forest.
In 2022, Cindy jumped on board with her daughter Maggie helping with her digital marketing business, The Social Collective. Cindy works behind the scenes on operational matters and assists Maggie with cultivating new business.
