Jen Spanier

Jen started in the title industry almost 30 years ago answering an ad for a receptionist job to help support herself in college.  After a short time, she was able to fill an assistant closer position and quickly realized that she fit well into the job and moved into the closer role.  As a closer, Jen enjoys that her career is fast-paced, fun, challenging at times, and rewarding.

“For many people, this is their first home or their last and our job is to make it as smooth and stress-free as possible. 

I closed a sale for a gentleman that was leaving his home of many decades. He had many questions, was stressed, sad and curt with his words throughout the signing. We took our time and when we were done, with tears in his eyes, he asked if he could give me a hug. Amazing what a little patience can yield.

I like to think I am good with people and details, as well as problem-solving. I am told I give off a calm presence in a closing.”

In her free time, Jen likes to travel–mostly to places where flip-flops are a season!  Her motto is:  “No Snow, Open Toes!”
