Joanna’s journey with TitleSmart began in 2016, where she initially joined our team as the Director of First Impressions. Within a month, her exceptional abilities led her to transition seamlessly into the role of an invaluable assistant to one of our top closers. Driven by dedication, perseverance, and a natural inclination to support and strengthen her teammates, she quickly ascended into Operations, assuming leadership of our Human Resources team to leverage her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Human Resources for a broader impact.

As our Chief People Officer, she brings to the table a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, along with a profound understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics. This allows her to tailor our initiatives to meet the diverse needs of our team members, ensuring that each employee is equipped with the tools and resources they need to thrive both personally and professionally. Whether it’s implementing innovative training programs, enhancing communication channels, providing management coaching, or fostering a culture of inclusion, Joanna is dedicated to creating an environment where every employee feels valued and supported.

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys quality time in nature with her family, planning her next home DIY project, hosting various events, and crafting handmade candles.
