Tim started in the title industry in 1984 as a title examiner. Since then he has served as a commercial closer, commercial underwriter, claims counsel, title searcher, disbursing agent, agency representative and auditor. Tim approaches each closing with creative problem solving and attention to detail to secure a “win” for his clients. Outside of TitleSmart, Tim loves reading, all kinds of music, and as a recovering triathlete he replaces competing with watching sports.
