TitleSmart Core Values

The New Year is a time of reflection and new beginnings. During this time we reflect on our accomplishments with pride, and look for ways to be even better in the coming year. One of the things we always look to improve is our WOW customer experience. In 2018, we look at how our working environment impacts the experience our customers receive.  A positive working environment is the responsibility of all of us to create and nurture and ultimately trickles down to the customers, enabling them to have the WOW customer service that is the hallmark of TitleSmart.

As we enter 2018, we are introducing the TitleSmart Core Values. These values embody what it means to be a Smartie and are the key ingredients that make our work environment a healthy, unstoppable source of energy. As the year goes on we will be focusing on how to maintain these values every day. These are the values that are at the heart of the Smartie culture.

We choose to nurture connections by being our true selves. We have the courage to be vulnerable, open, and honest with one another; choosing transparency in addressing things and setting boundaries directly with one another.

We choose to fuel connection with one another by recognizing emotion in other people and communicating it. We are able to take the perspective of another and stay out of judgement. We don’t rush to point out the silver lining in someone’s pain but rather offer to sit with them in the dark. If someone is struggling, we help them and build each other up and offer encouragement.

We choose to practice and express gratitude out loud to others and in doing so invite joy into all that we do. We recognize we are dependent on each other for success and look for ways to communicate our appreciation for each other and for the opportunities before us.

We choose to believe the best in ourselves and each other, putting the best construction on things. We dare to dream big and align our thoughts and feelings with the belief that we will make those dreams a reality.

We choose to lean into the uncomfortable and the unfamiliar to become our best selves. When we fail we take constructive feedback with the humble spirit of a learner and try again. When things are hard, we roll up our sleeves and show gratitude for the growing pains that are making us stronger.

We will strive to consistently learn and apply these values in all that we do. I am proud of this team and the impact that we have on our community. 2018 will be a great year and I am so grateful for all of you!

Cheers to 2018!
