At TitleSmart we are always looking for ways to innovate and improve. Not only our services that we provide to our clients and customers, but also how we improve our company internally. In the last few years we have taken a good hard look at our training programs and noticed there was room to grow. We have since hired two full-time trainers and completely overhauled our training program. Today, we have one of the best training programs in the industry! We have been able to put a program together that allows individuals to come in with little to no experience, and create a thriving, prosperous career!
From the time a new employee starts at TitleSmart, our training staff have already mapped out a detailed outline of their training program that is specifically designed for the individual and their job duties. After they have finished their onboarding with the Human Resources department, our trainers start working with the employee right away — diving right into relevant content and breaking it down step by step. The new employee is provided with a detailed training manual specific for their job and the trainer goes over the training program to ensure the employee understands what is required of them. If at any time they feel they cannot master the new tasks in the time allotted, our staff will work with them to redo the timeline to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
Once an employee has mastered the entry level duties, our training staff is always there to answer questions, even traveling to all the branches for continuing education for any level or job type. The trainers follow up with everyone to ensure that each concept or task is mastered and understood completely. Because of our hands-on approach, our trainers are able to identify when an employee is ready to tackle new duties and move up in the company.

They are also there to help implement new procedures and continuing education on our ever-changing industry.
