Here at TitleSmart, we are incredibly grateful for our hard-working and dedicated employees. And we show our appreciation through a robust benefits program that includes comprehensive medical and dental insurance, a life insurance benefit policy, gym membership subsidies, and homebuying discounts, just to name a few.

Everybody knows that one of the most important aspects of running a successful business is keeping employees happy. When employees are happy, they produce and when they produce your business grows. Part of keeping your team happy is offering great benefits. The law provides businesses with minimum requirements, but in today’s market for top talent, minimal efforts won’t get you far in the eyes of potential new employees.

Today we’d like to highlight four great benefits of being a valued, full-time TitleSmart employee:

Acupuncture/Cupping
Employees receive one acupuncture or cupping service a week in our Wellness Room in White Bear Lake, compliments of TitleSmart.

Chiropractic Care
TitleSmart has partnered with Dr. Wagner from Wagner Chiropractic in Chisago City to provide chiropractic care to staff. Appointments are all held at our HQ in White Bear Lake and costs are shared between TitleSmart and the staff member.

Birthday PTO
Employees receive an additional 8 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) for their birthday, which can be used at any time that it is approved throughout the calendar year.

Sabbatical Program
After 3 years of employment, an employee will be awarded 10 days (80 hours) of sabbatical vacation time to do with as they please. After a total of 5 years of service, the employee will be awarded an additional 5 days (40 hours) of sabbatical vacation and be entitled to redeem a $5,000 sabbatical bonus. (The sabbatical benefit and service time requirements apply only to full-time, permanent staff members.)

We realize that not every company can offer these types of benefits, and not all of these would appeal to employees across all industries, but that’s why it’s important to talk with your employees about what is most important to them. By getting feedback from your employees, you can determine which benefits are most important to them.
